Charles Bleyer recently completed a renovation on my property in North Curl Curl. I am utterly thrilled and impressed with not only the results but the entire renovation process. Charles is old school, and I mean that in a good way. A master builder who builds things to not only last but look incredible. He has a contemporary eye and is touch with current building trends and styles. He takes time to explain every step and makes highly valued suggestions to eliminate surprises. He is an excellent communicator and is also receptive to change although, changes needed in my project were minimal because everything was so perspicuous from the start. The project, impressively, ran exactly to time and budget. A standout feature that I appreciated, above all, was his ability to organise and supply every tradesperson needed. They were all vetted and hand-picked by Charles, and without exception, were all excellent. They all seemed to share Charles’ passion for quality, eye for detail and impressive communication skills. I have done several renovations in the past but none have been as easy and enjoyable as this one. Bleyer Constructions are excellent, I would unreservedly recommend the company to anyone seeking any building needs and would only ever engage Charles’ services for any future project.
