Our Background
Bleyer Constructions is currently owned by Charles Bleyer, and previously by his father Karl in the 1950s and 1960s. Throughout the 1970s and 1980s works were carried out under ‘Karl Bleyer and Son’, then upon Karl’s retirement the name was changed to Bleyer Constructions.
Over the 50 years of operating we have gained invaluable experience which we pass onto our clients through each project we undertake, in a personal and professional approach.
Charles is the executive builder of the company, while having extensive professional teams also operating. The Bleyer Constructions team includes Charles’ three sons, Trent, Shane and Kurt as well as brother-in-law Craig, while wife Diane is the office manager.

Design
Our designers know and understand local council and their strict regulations. This means that while designing your project we have a good idea what are acceptable designs and what are not in each local council. This enables the notorious “tedious council approval process” to be more swift and with less delays.

We have a great rapport with our team of engineers; again they work with us not against us in assuring each project is structurally viable while cost effective.

Charles holds an unrestricted building license, a certified Clerk Of Works, which means that there is never any job too complicated. Furthermore he has been a member of the prestigious Master Builders Association since 1982, which supports only elite builders.
